All Eagle Grip tools carry a Satisfaction Guarantee for the life of the product. We take extreme pride in the craftsmanship that goes into every Eagle Grip tool we manufacture. If at any time you are not satisfied with your Eagle Grip product, return it to us and we will repair or replace it.

|Do you offer replacement parts for any of your products?||Yes. We offer the screw (10″ – RLP10AS) (7″ – RLP7AS) and the spring (10″ – RLP10S) (7″ – RLP7S) as replacement parts for the product.|
|How do I obtain a replacement part for my product?||To obtain a replacement part, please work with the distributor you normally buy products with. They might have the product in stock, if not they will order it in for you to purchase.|
|What is the process if I am not satisfied with my Eagle Grip product?||
We offer two avenues for customers to retrieve our satisfaction guarantee.
After contact with customer service we will ask for you to send the product back for further inspection.
|Why do you need the product back for returns?||
To maintain Eagle Grip as a high quality tool for our customers, it is important that we identify any tool issues and improve. Bringing these tools in helps us investigate the tool further to fix any underlying issues in our product or manufacturing process.
|Who pays for shipping costs?||Anything covered within our warranty will be handled by Malco Products.|
|Do I have to register my product to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee?||If you own any of Malco’s Eagle Grip Locking Pliers, Clamps, or Seamers and you are not satisfied with the product, we will repair or replace it. No registration is required.|
|How long will it take to process my warranty?||We respond to warranty requests in the order they are received. Please be sure that your request will move forward soon after having a discussion with our customer service team. The warranty process includes shipping of product both ways. This would take up most of the processing time.|
